Luna is the proposal for a digital guide that helps visitors find their way in the information from Mother Nature Ministries. On this page we explain what we want to develop with Luna. The presence of this page does not mean that a working chat service is available.
Which Luna could help with
The goal is to answer questions about MNM pages, principles and project statuses in an understandable way. For example, Luna could help find a relevant theme, explain the status of a project idea or indicate the right contact route.
Making sources and uncertainty visible
Luna could refer visitors to our explanation of food security, soil and research. Answers must show source links when citing research findings. A project idea, research result and prediction must remain recognizable. If the available information does not provide an answer, Luna should say so and offer a contact route.
Human contact remains possible
A digital guide can make mistakes or misunderstand a question. That is why a visitor must be able to easily switch to human contact. Decisions about participation, collaboration, contributions or complaints are not made by Luna on behalf of visitors.
Dealing with questions responsibly
Before any use, we want to make it clear who provides the service, what data is processed and how long it will be kept. Don't share medical records, passwords, or other sensitive data in a chat. Luna is not presented as a substitute for medical, legal or financial guidance.
