People & Family

A place in nature for people from every background.

MNM wants to contribute to accessible nature, encounters and accessible food. Families, singles and people from different generations and living conditions should be able to feel welcome. With new initiatives, we want to listen to what people need and can bear.

Food security in everyday life

The FAO framework also links food security to access, utilization and continuity. [7] For MNM, this means that a food initiative must look at affordability, accessibility and the distribution of the harvest. The possibilities of households are part of the design, not just the evaluation afterwards.

Food forests and family domains

We want to explore places where people care for soil together, grow food and exchange experiences. In the basic plans, family domains are a concept for a direct bond between people and their living environment. The proposal is not an existing offer of land, housing or membership.

Monthly nature visits

The basic plans mention free monthly visits to food forests or family domains, aimed at peace and well-being. We first want to investigate which places, guidance and financing are needed for this. Concrete dates and access will only be announced when an activity can be carried out. No medical treatment or therapeutic outcome is promised.

Affordable parks

MNM wants to investigate options for attractive nature spots with a reasonable monthly contribution. The aim is that households with an average income can also participate. We also want to see what access is possible for people with less spending power. Locations, rates and conditions are yet to be determined.

Everyone received respectfully

MNM wants to bring together people from different religions, cultural backgrounds and family compositions. Respect, human dignity and clear agreements about the use of a place are the starting point.
